No connection via hotspot

I have been using my ID mobile SIM all summer in a 5G router and its been working perfectly. Yet over the last week I don't get any Internet connection even though I have 4 bars on 5G.

    Sorry to hear this, it’s worth noting that we don’t officially support usage of our SIM cards in routers, usage of our SIMs in one may not work as expected.

    It wasn't working on my 5G phone either, but seems to be working again now.
