my signal is getting worse….put sim back in my old phone and its still rubbish

    Have you check the coverage and network status at the link below:

    https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage

    If you don’t see any issues please try the SIM in another handset and we can also look at a replacement SIM.

    How long has the coverage been poor? Is it a recent change?
