I’m a new customer to IDMobile and I’m unable to make any calls or emails or access the internet without being connected to WiFi

Have you inserted the iD Mobile SIM card and remove any other SIMs/eSIMs?

Did you transfer you number from another network and the port day is today?

I have an eSIM in..

I’m on holiday now and have no data roaming even tho my eSIM is 80gb
