no Internet connection

I need help,

ever since i joined id my internet has been inconsistent at best, at the moment it doesn't work at all, it has taken me all day to get onto the app due to no Internet. 

It constantly says high demand in my area. any ideas what my options are?

If ID mobile aren't providing me with a usable product or the product they sold me, can I exit my contract?
