no internet even is 4 g full bars

Hello there I just got a contract with ID with new phone and data and is the first month  and I’m seeing that even if I have full bars on 4g I don’t connect to internet . And even when it connect in other places that is 3-4 bars is so slow . Can anyone help me with this issue . Many thanks .

    I phone 16 pro . And the thing is that in my address I don’t really have the problem that as soon as I get home I have wi fi . The problem is due in the day when I’m working . I see three bars of 4 g and no connection on anything even my emails don’t show up . I have other friends with older phones and they have internet and don’t have the problem I have . If I don’t have signal I don’t pretend to have internet but when you see 3 bars of 4 g and others looking you tube and other stuff and your phone is constant on loading mode and nothing comes up is really upsetting .

    Have you tried your SIM in a different handset to see if it is the handset that is causing the issues ​@Redi ? If you’re getting 3 bars, that should be enough to use your data. Do you know what networks your friends are with? Have you tried a replacement SIM? How do I get a replacement SIM or eSIM? | iD Mobile Community
