Ah I see the issue at your postcode
Unfortunately, as the infrastructure is owned by 3UK, it is down to them to resolve issues. It might be worth contacting them directly for updates? Alternatively, you may wish to switch networks (but not one that piggybacks 3UK) and keep your Mobile Number: Here’s how:
