Question

no service

For the last three days I have not been getting any signal/service at home in Bishops Waltham. Is there a problem ? As if this continues I want out of this contract as I am supposed to be working from home next week and can not if this continues. I have screenshot everyday to show no service is available.

I used your coverage checking which indicates I should be getting 4G. Not so at the moment

If you’ve got a home Wi-Fi network, have you tried using the iD Mobile Wi-Fi Calling service, @Keefa2025

These community articles might help.

@Keefa2025  Hi there sometimes service maintenance are unscheduled and then there may be other unrelated issues. Best I can advice for now check your postal area on the network status here also you can put in the postal area into a search for outage between a set date.

Also just check your handset that flight mode not enabled.

Try the OFCOM coverage checker for your home location, @Keefa2025

https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/mobile-coverage

The iD network (Three UK) might not be the best option at your home.

Hi @Keefa2025,

Welcome to the Community!

It definitely sounds like an issue in the area if coverage improves when you are away from home.

Please check the coverage and network status checker so that you can see if there are any issues in the area.
