no service after sim activationi.

I am a new customer, have activated my sim  a few days ago and have received the email to say my switch is complete. However I still have no service and am unable to use my phone without wi fi. I have switched phones - no luck and turned my current phone off and on again - no luck

I’m sorry to hear that, are you able to try removing the iD SIM and putting it back in?

 

It’ll also be worth ensuring that any other unused SIMs/eSIMs have been removed/deleted and your iD Mobile SIM is the one selected for services.
