No service despite activating my sim and following trouboeshooting

I recently had my SIM card stop working. Just randomly, “no service available”. I tried to request a new eSIM but never received any emails. 

I contacted iD several times, and ended up ordering a new SIM card. Between then and getting the new SIM card, the services restored itself randomly. But still, I switched SIMs. Bad mistake. Back to no service. No calls, no messages, no data. I tried all the troubleshooting, and my sim is definitely activated. How do I fix this?

It is so frustrating. I can’t do anything with my phone unless I’m connected to WiFi. It’s been days now.

Sorry to hear this, what device is your SIM card inside?

 

Do you have the issue everywhere you go or just a certain area(s)?
