Over the past week or so I keep having no signal when I usually would. The network isn’t down and for some reason I can’t text or call because I have no signal. My husband phone has signal and I always have signal at home so why does this keep happening

I suggest you try ordering a replacement SIM. If the issue persists, it could be a fault with the device.

Hi @Leah Smith,

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear that you are having coverage issues.

Please can you confirm if you have tried the SIM in another handset?

Kash

No I can’t try it in another handset as I don’t have one. It only happens now and again not all the time

Hi @Leah Smith

Is your husband on the same network as yourself?

As @WelshPaul suggests a replacement SIM could be worth a try.
