anybody else in the suffolk, mildenhall, Beck Row area have no mobile data, signal ? Mine dropped out yesterday and hasn't returned, checked status here on ID mobile says network issues. Anybody any ideas ?

Unfortunately from time to time, as with any technology, sometimes things don’t work as they should or need updating. We completely understand this isn’t ideal, and are very sorry this has happened to you. Our status checker on our site is automatically updated every 30 minutes, so please keep an eye on this, and try a reboot of your handset to refresh your connection.
