No signal on new account

Hi, I bought a new sim only deal for my son yesterday, it originally came as an eSIM which activated but showed no signal. I went on the online chat & was provided with another eSIM which did the same once registered. I then went to Curry’s to collect a physical sim this morning but again once activated the phone has no signal. Has anyone had this & how did you resolve it?

Hi there ​@Kellie1,  For iPhone;

 

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

 

Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.

Currently, which SIM card do you have active? Is it one of the eSIM’s, or the physical SIM, and which was activated last?

The physical sim which was the latest one activated

No problem ​@Kellie1, and to confirm, is the physical SIM inside the phone and set to primary SIM, and you’ve deleted the other eSIM’s now, as they’ll no longer work and may interfere with the physical one?

Was everything working okay with the old SIM before the upgrade? Is it the same device?
