no signal since switching

I have recently switched from EE to ID mobile, the switch was complete yesterday but I have no signal at all since then. I’m having to use wifi. Please can someone assist urgently? I have reset phone

Have you tried restarting your phone?

 

Have you also reset network settings?

Have you checked the coverage for your area to see if there are any ongoing works affecting the signal?

What phone make/model do you have?

Is it on the ‘Approved Handsets’ list for use on the iD Mobile network?

Can you use data and send/receive texts?
Does your handset have VoLTE enabled?

All and any information will be helpful in aiding us to narrow down the problem you are having.
