My network coverage is awful lately, I have to walk about 10 minutes away from my house to get any 4g at all. I have even driven to the top of the village before it has found the signal recently. 

I have tried all previous suggestions on other posts such as restart, factory reset but nothing helps.  

Being unable to find any chat button or easy way to contact customer services is beyond frustrating. I moved to thos company because they were cheaper than anyone else, I now know why!
