Is this a Three or ID issue? 
 

So frustrating there is no support from ID, this online nonsense is annoying, just want someone to speak to. Chat bot just takes you down a rabbit hole.

A network wide issue was identified and we can advise 3UK have confirmed that services are now fully back to normal, apart from some localised issues related to Storm Éowyn.
