Whenever you are having problems you make it impossible for customers to contact you by not having a customer service helpline which is just pure laziness. Also unable to make complaints. Not fucking good enough I’m afraid, I expect to be able to contact you to know when this issue will be resolved and yet you shit houses once again make your app inaccessible. Had enough of this bullshit now.

Although we don’t have a customer service phone-line, we’re contactable via numerous methods.
We’re contactable via our Community pages here, via our live-chat, and via our social media pages on Facebook and Twitter/X, and all teams can help the same as we could over the phone.
