Hi,Since Saturday three different companies have sent me OTP’s but none have been delivered, tried multiple times, texts between me & my family send & arrive as normal, anyone able to get to the bottom of it?, have tried Live Chat twice today and it is utterly useless.

So last night, a full four days after first noticing the problem, 35 text OTP’s all arrived at the same time, clearly an issue with ID Mobile’s network delivery, but their Live Chat and Employee advisors on this forum werenot made aware.I see now at the top oftheir Help & Support & Community pages they are at least acknowledging the issue.Beseeinyou
