outgoing calls to 0333 numbers

I cannot currently ring any number beginning 0333. As soon as I dial out the calls ends straight away. Has anyone got advice please. I can call 0345 ok but not any 0333 numbers which ironically includes the ID helpline!

    Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Linnie 

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
