I’ve just started visiting Winchester town centre on a regular basis (SO237DD). I am not getting a phone signal, my phone just shows the satellite symbol for emergencies. Outside of Winchester the signal is fine. Anybody else experienced this? My phone is a new iPhone 16e.

Hi @Rob ASorry to hear this, are you able to try manually switching to 4G instead of 5G whilst in this area to see if this helps? The area generally looks a lot better for 4G, 5G doesn’t appear to be available.How long have you had these issues inSO23 7DD?Tom
