Phone Data is not working

Hi - My new monthly allowance have rolled over but my data services are not working.  Phone is fine when connected to WiFi. Pls help.

Is the Mobile Data option turned ON on your phone @TLHM?

Have you checked for network faults at your location @TLHM?

@andewhite that was a good shout - had not checked (!) but mobile data is on and no network issues reported.

Maybe remove your SIM card and check it is not broken or damaged, and free from fingerprint marks.

Otherwise, if that fails you might need an iD agent to check your iD account is okay - only problem is the agents don’t start work until 9am tomorrow 😞

Have had the same issue. Have been sent two new replacement sim cards. As they try to blame the sim card.

Then when you direct the complaint to ID complaints team, they do nothing, but send you a 'deadlock letter' refusing to help, claiming there is nothing wrong with the network! Basically its their way of fobbing you off.

That letter can be used to initiate an Ombudsman claim for ID mobile to be investigated.

Basically I did this and ID mobile admitted faults in the Ombudsman portal and also the Ombudsman found faults with the company also! 

Basically ID Mobile could have sorted this out when it went to their internal complaints team. But they refused to acknowledge.
