Hi @Ewka

SMS messages should send as they are included in your package but if you are trying to send an MMS message then they incur charges with iD Mobile as they are not included in any of their packages.
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/mms-charges

If you want to be able to send an MMS you will need to ensure that the cap spending limit for your account is increased to allow ‘extras’ to be charged to it.
This is the link to help with changing the cap amount for your account
https://community.idmobile.co.uk/controls%2Dlimits%2D192/how%2Ddo%2Di%2Dset%2Dor%2Dchange%2Dmy%2Dbill%2Dcap%2D44440

Also, the maximum image size for an MMS (picture message) is limited to around 320KB so it may be worth checking this.

If you don’t want to pay to send an MMS then you can always install and use an App that sends these types of messages without charge e.g. Whatsapp, or you can move to another provider where they are included in the package e.g. SMARTY (I think they are now the ONLY network that does not charge for them).

Is your phone converting a SMS text to MMS? It has been known that Samsung messenger (for example) converts simple texts to MMS automatically.
It would be worth doing an internet search for the make/model of your phone to find a solution to this problem.

Hope this helps x
