I’m in London for a few days, can’t believe how poor my signal is to say I’m in the capital. Best I’ve had is 4G but only one bar. WHY!!!!!

If you could possible find a store or location that you visited where you had poor coverage and provide the postcode this will help us out with locating an issue.
Checking WC2E 8RF coverage seems fine, however our network status checker shows the below:
There is, at times, heavy usage in this local area. As a result, you may experience varying data speeds depending on how many customers are connecting to our network via your closest mast.
We’re always working to improve our network and aim to provide the best experience possible.

Not sure of the post code, it was all round the city centre area which really surprised me, would have thought it would be 5g in this area. ( Covenant garden, Westminster)
