send and recieve text messages

I’m unable to send and receive text messages properly.

 

I can send text messages but then I get a not delivered error message, however the message gets sent. I also don’t receive text messages from people too. 
 

How can I resolve this?

Have you tried looking in the settings of the Dialler / Phone app on the mobile phone with your iD SIM, ​@Mark Clark

Sorry, I’m not sure - nobody in this online public forum knows the make and model of the phone you’re using with your iD SIM, ​@Mark Clark

Perhaps the phone user guide or Google might help with finding the phone number setting.

How long have you had issues for?

 

Also, can you send texts okay and make/receive calls?

For a long time and id mobile are not helpful at all there’s no customer service so im leaving them

Try resetting the network settings. Go to the reset option in the iPhone settings app, once you’ve chose the reset option make sure you only reset the network settings this works for me after every new sim I’ve had with network providers.
