Signal issues - Stratford railway station

Good morning - for the past year I have been unable to use mobile internet whilst at Stratford Railway Station. My phone shows that a signal is available at both 4g and 5g but unable to use.  My guess this is due to levels of demand - are there any plans to increase capacity to make it usable.
