My internet is very slow un useable ive checked my area done all those things

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your data service.
Can you please confirm your postcode and the handset that you are using?
You can check your coverage and network status at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage. Additionally, testing the SIM in a different handset. We also have the option of a replacement SIM which may help resolve the issue.
