SM6 area...not getting calls?

Hi, 

Anyone in the SM6 postcode area not getting calls? So you just get voicemail notifications when someone calls but the phone doesn’t ring. I have full bars. Gone into airplane mode and out. Restarted the phone and taken the sim out and put it back in.

@ID any ideas as this is really frustrating.
