You said the issue is resolved but I’m still unable to make or receive calls, including to 999!!! There are many other people saying the same so why are you saying it’s resolved???
This has been going on since yesterday morning, I have missed many important calls because of this and you are really downplaying the situation to everyone. Your customer service is appalling and I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends.
When are you going to fix the issue ID????
