Text Messages (Particularly OTPs) Delayed by up to 24 hours on iPhone 15

I have not been able to receive OTPs on iPhone 15 for months, leading to issues logging into banks etc. I have tried resetting nwork settings and my phone settings show my cirrect phone number with no eSIMs etc.
