unable to connect to voicemail

I’m not a new customer but have a new problem since last week. Unable to connect to listen to or access voicemail. Phone shows “calling” to voicemail but never rings nor connects just silence. Have tried both 123 and the mobile number but both same results. Help please 🙏

This was resolved by the customer services at ID mobile. In settings on my iPhone 11 the “my number” section was blank (I hadn’t deleted it). Re typed my number into this section using +44 07……. format and saved and now working thanks. Customer Services thinks it might have happened as a result of the 3G switch off 🤷‍♂️

I have the same problem, but I am on Android. Not sure what ‘my number’ refers to exactly but caller ID is switched on.

3 network is down at the minute. I can't make voice calls at all
