unable to make calls

I have had my co tract with ID Mobile for a while now but I am having continuing problems when trying to make or receive calls. The call will connect and I am able to hear the person at the end of the libd but they are never able to hear me. I need to be able to make calls, this is the whole point of a phone! Please can this be rectified.

    If calling using the iD network is unreliable, perhaps it’s time to switch to another service provider, ​@Gspars.
