I ordered a replacement SIM which I received 3 days ago, but it still hasn’t been activated. I’ve tried restarting my phone and checking for updates, but I still have no service.
I posted in the community forum yesterday and was told that a message was sent to me, but I haven’t received anything and wasn’t told where to find it. I’ve checked my email, and account dashboard — no updates.
To make things more difficult, your chat system appears to be down, so I haven’t been able to reach anyone directly. I’m now left without service and urgently need assistance.
