Very poor signal

I was trying to call the doctor as my daughter wasn't well my phone kept cutting off saying cellular calls not working try WiFi it has become more of a problem this last month or so I don't want to switch network again but looks like I will have to. Just recently signed my partner up to and he complains off poor signal all the time too. Today I couldn't even listen to a voicemail from the chemist. Not good at all.
