The 4G and 5G in GU71RZ is so bad that you can hardly open a web page , on your website it says that you are working on problem in this area , any update will be really great as I’m just thinking of leaving your network?
Thank you.

Hi @Dimi75

Sorry to hear this, as you’ve mentioned the area of GU71RZ is subject to an outage, Three UK are aware and working on a fix, how long have you had issues here?

How are other areas? (Away from GU71RZ)

Tom

Hi Tom, thank you for getting back to me , the issue is been  ongoing for the last  3-4 weeks , I’ve even spoke with 3 and they said that they don’t have any issues in the area.(which is really worrying)
The signal is a bit better away from GU71RZ , any more info and when the issue will be resolved will really help, as I’ve started thinking of leaving ID and switch to someone that will work better in my area. The most annoying part is that it actually shows a full signal but when trying to make a call or use the internet , nothing works.
Thank you.
Dimi.

You can see from the screen shot, that it shows full signal , but the download is next to nothing and the upload is unusually high. I think they should be the other way round.
Im really getting fed up with you now.
Thank you.
Dimi.

@Dimi75 - would recommend following the steps in this troubleshooting guide:

All of the above done and still no luck , on ID mobile network status check says that they are resolving an issue in the area but that’s been like that for more than a month , so I doubt anyone is doing anything about it.

If there’s a known issue in the area @Dimi75, our network partner at 3UK will be working to resolve it as soon as possible. It might be worth following up with them directly, as it’s their infrastructure. Thanks.

It says exactly the same on their website , but when I contacted them , they said there is no issue in your area and no body is working on any issue there, despite on their website it says there is an issue . So I don’t know what else to do apart from move to a different network provider.

I understand your frustration @Dimi75 and can only apologise, unfortunately as an MVNO we don’t have control over the infrastructure. If you do want to switch to another provider, double check which network they use. More information can be found here:

Thanks.

That’s been like that for more than a month , I don’t believe anyone is actually doing anything about it.

Hi @Dimi75,

Sorry to hear that you feel this way.

As previously advised if you are unhappy with the coverage you can look at switching to a provider that provides better coverage in the area.
