Voicemail

Hello. I can’t access my voice on my phone using 123 or    +44 7782 333123 - I am told “sorry your service doesn’t allow access to this number” i can access it via another mobile phone using +44 7782 333123 but unable to access via the phone it’s registered to.

I would actually like to turn the voicemail off I don’t want it on, so I have unchecked all boxes in the account settings on the app and webpage for voice mail but it’s still active this also sends me the voice message as a text to my phone on which the answerphone is registered so still coming through.

the “chat to us” has been a waste of time and been sat waiting for hours to not get resolved

Sorted now sorted by the chat to us. Can only be done by call centre
