voicemail notification every time i loose signal


Every time my phone drops out of signal and then reconnects (very often with the building I work in) I get a new voicemail notification but there is no new voicemail.

Did not happen with my old network and recently joined ID mobile. 
amazingly annoying

Have turned on/off voicemail with no effect

I am new to ID mobile this week and am experiencing the same issue of receiving notifications that I have a voicemail and when I call voicemail I receive a message which says I have no new voicemails. The red badge for notifications stays on the phone icon despite there being no notifications.

I have the same issue and have been told by the help desk to just ignore it!! How extremely unhelpful!!

Yes that is correct, I get a notification without any messages in the system.

I have called myself and left a message, which I then listened to and then deleted, but still get notifications.

Private messages were recieved and replied to, but haven't had any type of resolution to the issue, getting quite dissatisfied with the level of customer service.

Still no update on how this issue is going to be resolved. 

Still receiving notifications of a voicemail message.

Private messages are now getting ignored, what is the point of a help desk?
