I upgraded to the Samsung 23 fe.

I'm still waiting for the sim card to arrive, I'm thinking that never will now 🤦‍♀️

You are a genius! I have been trying to get hold of someone at ID mobile for 3 weeks, I’ve turned my phone on and off, took the SIM card out, did a handstand, hopped on 1 leg, nothing worked, I’m still in another chat queue, searching through pages of help, found this, tried it, made a call.  You’ve made my day!
