Usually because the forum members here can’t see iD customers accounts, nor their SIM information. This policy is to protect your online privacy and security.
Try speaking to an iD adviser online at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
