I ordered a Phone or Accessory.

 

We offer free next-day delivery by DPD if you order between Monday and Thursday before 8pm. For more details, watch our quick video guide or check the table below for specific delivery days:

Please note: To help prevent fraud, our DPD deliveries include a unique DPD PIN, which you will receive by email and/or SMS with your one-hour delivery slot. You'll need to share this PIN with the delivery driver to receive your parcel. You can also find your PIN in the DPD app. Check out this Community article for more helpful information.

 

I ordered a SIM.

 

If you order a SIM Only Deal or replacement SIM, it’ll be delivered by Royal Mail with a tracked service. Your SIM should arrive within 2-3 working days. For more details, watch our quick video guide or check the table below for specific delivery days:

I ordered an eSIM.

 

Your eSIM QR Code will be sent directly to your inbox. Just keep an eye on your email, and you’ll be ready to activate in no time. For more details, watch our quick video guide or scroll down to read more:

  • If you select an eSIM with a SIM Only Deal:

Your eSIM QR code will be sent shortly after your order is processed. If you place your order after 10pm, you may receive your email the next morning.

  • If you select an eSIM with a Pay Monthly Phone Plan:

Your eSIM QR code will be sent to you by email once your phone is dispatched.
