Can't claim Honor Magic pad 2 after buying Honor Magic 7 Pro. What to do?

Thank you for getting in touch. 

 

The process for claiming the gift is as follows - 

 

Step 1:
Purchase a Honor Magic7 Pro (all colours) between 29/01/2025 - 20/02/2025

Step 2:
Claim must be made between 29/01/2025 – 03/04/2025 at http://www.honor-redemption.co.uk

Participant must complete and submit the claim form (including providing the Serial Number of the Qualifying Product, Participant’s postal address in the United Kingdom where the Promotional Item shall be delivered) and upload a copy of their proof of purchase.

If the purchase is returned, the Honor MagicPad2 must also be returned.

    Yeah the website is not working properly and can't do anything
