delivery driver said he delivered to neighbour but never

I had no notification at all from dpd to say they would be delivering today and I haven't ordered anything else and they turned up while I was out I asked them to drop it with the neighbour next door but they haven't what should I do

    Hi ​@Jainge92  I am afraid we have had some issues with DPD notifications being sent. They are unable to leave it with a neighbour for security reasons, but it should be back out for delivery for you today. Thanks.
