failed dpd delivery phone sent back to currys

THIS HAPPENED ON OCTOBER 14th it was sent back because I was not home to receive the delivery with little warning from DPD about when it would arrive to me

 

DPD says to contact currys and currys says it is unable to help. What on earth am I supposed to do.

 

there are zero DPD options to reschedule the delivery.

We are very sorry to hear you have not received the delivery. 

If DPD are not able to deliver, I am afraid it would be returned back to us. 

Have you received confirmation that the return has now been completed?

DPD says it has been returned to currys yes. What happens now?

Hi Tyler

I cannot do this, I don’t have an iD mobile number so I cannot use the chat

If it has been returned I can just place another order but I have no confirmation of this because I can’t access my billing information either without a number

When you access the iD Mobile Chat you can type ‘chat to an agent’.

This should give you the option to contact the Customer Service Team.
