i ordered a idmoblie sim only and im getting charged but the sim isnt at my house at all? im worried the driver couldnt find it and left it somewhere where we cant get too and obvsly someone stole it how do i track it?

i ordered a idmoblie sim only and I'm getting charged but the sim isn't at my house at all? I'm worried the driver couldn't find it and left it somewhere where we cant get too and obvsly someone stole it is there a way to track it or possibly check where it is if its been sent out or if its arrived

SIM cards are sent via Royal Mail, but unfortunately, you can’t track them. This means it can take 7-10 days for them to arrive.

SIM cards are activated upon dispatch, and billing begins at that time.

I believe @WelshPaul has you covered with the above, our SIM only orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and can typically take between 3-5 working days to arrive.
