new phone

I ordered a phone this morning and haven't recieved any confirmation emails or texts. Also the order has disappeared from my id mobile app. However the upfront payment has been taken from my bank account. Who can I speak to in regards to this? Has the phone been dispatched or has the order been cancelled?
