Hi, I sent a request for an order and I didn't receive any confirmation or email. I have the order number if you can help me.

Their Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday,  and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

(for the latter it would be advisable to start the chat with talk to person to bypass their automated chat bot)

They should be able to find out the status of the order and advise accordingly (more than likely its in a queue due to Christmas and/or awaiting the outcome of a credit check)
