sim card hasnt arrived

Hey

 

My phone provider is due to switch over today but I haven't received my new ID sim. What will happen?

Even without an iD SIM, your switch will take place on the date scheduled, and the number you want to keep will be transferred to the iD Mobile network, ​@Jaybrooks

Your old provider’s SIM will stop working when iD begin work on your number transfer.

The switchover would still happen, regardless of if the SIM card is in your physical possession or not.

 

What date did you place your order for the SIM only?
