Messaged I'd mobile to say I have outstanding arrears from my old phone.

I have new mobile account which won't let me pay off my arrears, as its on my old phone and I can't sign in because my old phone is dead and I don't use that telephone number.

I'm fucked what do I do.

Got a final demand letter this morning

Okay @Samantha Kent, I had a similar problem with my two iD accounts.

I got everything sorted out through the iD social media team, on Twitter (by Direct Message).

You can also use facebook (Messenger) to get in-touch with iD Mobile.

Any out-of-hours messages on social media are picked-up when the social media team next start work.
