Someone has ordered a new SIM and set it up with my name and number. They have activated it, deactivating my SIM. They now have access to all my one-time passcodes, giving them access to all my online accounts and banking.
I've been trying to contact ID via the live chat since yesterday, it's always a 1hour+ queue, and the connection drops before I make it to the front of the queue.
The scammer ordered the SIM to:

If ID cannot get this sorted by 4PM today I'm going to drive there with a hammer and sort it myself.
