Remove adult content filtering

Hi have an issue with removing adult content filtering. I have the button to turn it off and have used this and have waited for it to clear pending, which it has and is now showing as ‘off’. However any sites deemed adult are still blocked and will not load. Anyone know why this might be?

    Hi @Andy9782 

     

    Are you using mobile data or Wi-Fi?

     

    It’s possible your Wi-Fi would be blocking certain content and even the device or browser may be blocking stuff itself, we’d recommend checking settings there too.
