I keep getting this error when trying to submit my PAC, all my details are correct as I have checked them and re-entered them over and over, I saw there were posts about this same issue 3 months ago but it was said to be a fault with the system and there wasn’t any resolution to my problem.
We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.

It’s possible the form at https://switching.idmobile.co.uk is not working properly at the moment.
You could try creating an online iD My Account, by vihttps://my.idmobile.co.uk, where you can register.
Once registered with iD, using the new mobile number you've been assigned by iD, you can initiate the number transfer with the PAC from within your My Account online.
