I keep getting this error when trying to submit my PAC, all my details are correct as I have checked them and re-entered them over and over, I saw there were posts about this same issue 3 months ago but it was said to be a fault with the system and there wasn’t any resolution to my problem.

Hello @Richard Wilkes,

It’s possible the form at https://switching.idmobile.co.uk is not working properly at the moment.

You could try creating an online iD My Account, by vihttps://my.idmobile.co.uk, where you can register.

Once registered with iD, using the new mobile number you've been assigned by iD, you can initiate the number transfer with the PAC from within your My Account online.

Okay @Dan Trussler, still got your old SIM?

If so, pop it into your phone and see if it’s still active.
Should you find your old SIM is still active, your port has not been processed.

Did you get an SMS from iD advising you of the date your switch would happen?
