why is I.D mobile data completely unusable? 3 years iv had it and always got a full 1mb data rollover

I feel robbed off I.D mobile. Anytime I needed my data in emergencies or anytime my WiFi was down I could never rely on my mobile data from I.D mobile. Why is the coverage soooo bad? I live in a major city so can't understand how a company this big can be so bad, 3 years I have had to pay £30 a month for basically a brick if I ever went outside without WiFi connections, plus everytime I make a call the signal is so bad it mutes half our conversation very frustrating. I will not be returning and so glad to be set free, I would 1000% not recommend I.D mobile they have robbed me basically.

Why would you keep a service for three years if the service was crap?

The maximum contractual term is 2 years and even then you had a 30 day cancelation period to test their service out and cancel penalty free if you didn’t like it.

Mine was a 3 year contract. By the time I realised how sh!t the service provider was it was too late to cancel and they wanted a silly amount to cancel. I always used WiFi so wasn't much of an issue indoors. Luckily my phone is dual sim so I just used my giffgaff sim outside. Like I said glad I'm being set free from this sh!t company. If anyone sees this who is considering I.d mobile I would strongly advise against it. You will be dissapointed I guarantee it.
